With almost 30 years of experience in building, developing and related businesses, Cas Holloway has uniquely distinguished his career with a diverse portfolio of homes and communities.

As a 1974 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Cas worked in his family’s business to develop the first high rise condominium on the South Jersey coast and sold these units gaining invaluable experience for future ventures. Moving into the planned residential community field was both challenging and trend-setting. In the late seventies at Runnymeade Farms in Edgemont, PA, a 220 acre site, Cas developed and built over 400 homes.

In 1990 Cas spun off his own business, continued to develop multi-family situations and also bought what would become the site for D’Orsay introducing a more sophisticated, complex type of home which has been greatly admired and often imitated. Specializing in sites with difficult terrain has been an almost irresistible element for Cas’ attraction to particular parcels, his Canter Crossing, Aronwold, Idlewild, Henley, Montparnasse, Somerset and Terraces projects each required special land planning.
